How do I find the studio?
The studio is in the middle Cotton Field Wharf building in Ancoats. Press the buzzer for access, take your first right up the stairs and you'll find us on the first floor! Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
Which class should I start with?
We recommend joining us for a Wednesday pad work class to start with to learn the fundamentals before joining the Monday sparring class. Both classes are beginner friendly and have a mix of beginners, intermediate and seasoned fighters. The classes are designed so that all experience levels are challenged.
What should I bring with me?
All equipment is provided so you will just need to bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable gym clothing or Muay Thai shorts. If you have your own boxing gloves, feel free to bring them along with you. You will need to bring shin and mouth guards for the sparring class on Mondays.
Is the training suitable for beginners?
Yes, all levels are welcome including complete beginners. The session will be tailored to your experience level. We will breakdown all the fundamental Muay Thai techniques, continuously ensuring you are performing the techniques with correct form to avoid any injuries and to build your skills from the ground up.
What if I need to cancel?
We require 24 hours notice for regular cancellations. Refunds are available for block booked classes and sessions, this may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How much does it cost per session?
The price options are displayed on our website. You will not be tied into any memberships and there are no additional hidden fees. You can pay per class/ session or there are discounted options available if you want to buy a pack. You will also receive a discount for your first time training with us, use the discount code displayed at checkout.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Training with a friend is a lot of fun and a bonding activity like no other. You can book for multiple people for group classes and private sessions. There is an additional fee for each additional person brought to private sessions, please get in touch for more details.
How do I book?
All sessions are booked online via the website or even easier on our app. Select an available time and date for a private session or book onto one of our weekly scheduled group classes. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your session. You have the freedom to cancel or reschedule your session via the website.
Where do we train?
We have a private indoor studio located in Ancoats. Outcall service is an option for anyone with studio space, please enquire if you would like to arrange a group class for your workplace or sports team/ club. Muay Thai is for everyone and encourages the need for self-defense and general health/wellbeing.
