What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is the national sport of Thailand. People also call it the art of eight limbs because it uses eight points of contact: punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes.

While it is popular as a spectator sport, Muay Thai is gaining a reputation for being one of the best workouts to get in shape; improving your strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and mental focus. As well as being a self-defence skill like no other!
The high-intensity movements are great for conditioning, functional body movement, and has an incredible calorie-torching capability.
There really is no better way to de-stress than hitting the Thai pads, so get ready to feel the mental health benefits as well!
